CCAA is offering its members two certification courses for their collection professionals. A course designed for collection professionals with from six months to two years of experience is the Certified Collection Professional Program. Successful completion of this course will award the Certified Collection Professional designation (CCP). A demo of this course can be obtained by clicking on the Demo link on the left navigation bar. The other, designed for collection professionals with more than one and a half years of experience, will upon successful completion award the Senior Certified Collection Professional (SCCP) designation.
